Delivery & shipping Policy
All orders are processed, delivered and shipped on business days only (i.e. Monday to Friday). Orders submitted on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays will be processed the following workday. Shipping charges are born by the client and appear during checkout. Those vary depending on the order amount, the shipping option chosen and the desired shipping address. Shipping time varies upon client’s location, between three to seven working days.
We check for any defects or for bad quality of products provided to our customers. All products are carefully packed and dispatched in excellent condition. However, if your order contains a damaged item you may return the product free of charge (excluding shipping charges) within three working days and we will make all possible efforts to replace it or else will reimburse you. Should your order be missing an item, please email us at email@example.com and provide us with your invoice number so that we may rectify the problem.
